Covering all aspect of Microsoft office. On Word will be covering, formatting text and font, adding images from clip art/picture files, adding images from the internet, moving images in a document, cut or copy and paste, mail merging. In Excel will be covering importing data from a text file, changing the layout – font, width of columns, etc, changing column order, filtering and sorting data, using basic formulae, using functions (such as IF) using the show functions facility. In Access importing data from a text file, changing the layout, filtering and sorting data, creating a report. Finally it will cover general IT work such as saving your work, creating folders, searching for information on the internet, opening zipped files, Screen printing, sending emails, adding attachments to emails.
