FAB & WELDING - LEVEL 2 FT

This course is designed to increase the students level of basic skills and underpinning knowledge gained at level 1 and focus more on welding and fabrication skills. This course is suitable for school leavers and adults who have an interest in fabrication and welding and may want a career in the fabrication and welding industry. The course includes both practical and theoretical aspects of the fabrication and welding industry. You may have the opportunity to visit engineering companies throughout the course. PEO 2 Units Producing Sheet Metal Components and Assemblies Joining Materials by Welding - Processes MMA, MIGS Related Engineering Knowledge and Practical Components All LMC students will receive tutorial support and take a programme of Functional Skills.
