The course will provide you with the underpinning knowledge and the practical skills required to carry out major beauty and body treatments to a professional standard. The course is suitable for school leavers and adults who would like a career in Beauty Therapy and those who are progressing from Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy. You will study the following Working with colleagues Health and safety Client care and communication Body massage Body and facial electrotherapy Microdermabrasion Aromatherapy massage Promote and sell products and services Indian head massage All LMC students will receive tutorial support. All students aged 16 -19 are required to study Functional English and maths qualifications or GCSE Maths, English if not already awarded an A-C in these subjects. Students over 19 are strongly encouraged to take relevant maths and English qualifications to support progression into Further or Higher education, training or employment.
