"Calm Kids, Relaxed Families" aims to help families cope with day to day routines & stresses. Students will learn about relaxation techniques for themselves and ways to relax with their children. They will learn how to do basic "toddler massage" and understand the benefits and effects of aromatherapy oils for themselves & children. The course also explores the importance of good family routines & guidance including ideas for play, good sleep & bedtime routines, sharing quality time with children & dealing with temper tantrums.
