Royal History - The Princesses Royal

The title of Princess Royal is bestowed on the eldest daughter of the Sovereign and then borne by the holder for their lifetime. In this course we will look at the lives of the six princesses who have previously held the title from Princess Mary, Princess of Orange and eldest daughter of King Charles I to Princess Mary, Countess of Harewood, the only daughter of King George V.
