Running as either a One Day Workshop or a short course of two weeks. Learn how to create a mass mail shot for business, or save time writing up those Christmas Labels. Either way this is the course for you. By the end of this course you will be able to- 1) Identify what a Mail Merge document is 2) Create a Data Source File e.g. a list of contact names 3) Create a Mail Merge Template - for example Mailing labels or Standard Letter 4) Produce a merged document file 5) Learn how you can personalise documents i.e. flyers and posters
