English as a Foreign Language EFL - Upper Intermediate FCE

The aim of this course is to improve all four skills- reading, writing, listening and, most importantly, speaking. At the Upper Intermediate level you will- recognise and use formal and informal language, widen your vocabulary, strengthen your grammar skills and study the use of English. By the end of the course you will be able to deal with a range of social interactions, create increasingly complex sentences and discuss a variety of topics. The course will prepare you for the internationally recognised Cambridge First Certificate in English examination. The examination is optional and can be taken at any authorised centre. Additional exam fees apply (approx 120.00).
