This course is designed for beginners to Creative Writing. Each week a different aspect of creative writing will be explored and discussed and relevant exercises will be incorporated in the sessions. We will be examining a wide range of short story styles, both traditional and experimental, and will be covering characterisation, setting, plot, form and structure, dialogue and viewpoint. Learners will be given the opportunity to read their work and get feedback from the rest of the group.
