The Level 3 Diploma in Management is ideal for those who have responsibility over the activities, output and performance of a team, or those who are looking to take their first step into line management. As the next step from an intermediate apprenticeship in management, candidates will be able to develop their management and leadership qualities, and essential new skills for a successful career in management. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of what is expected of a manager, and will develop a portfolio of essential management skills such as these: Managing overall team performance Chairing and leading meetings Understanding the principles of people management Implementing change within a business Developing and maintaining professional networks

Name: Management Level 3 (Advanced) Apprenticeship Qualification title: BTEC Diploma in Management (QCF) Qualification type: Apprenticeship Assessment Apprentices will be visited regularly and assessed in the workplace by a highly qualified and experienced Assessor-Trainer. Our Assessor-Trainers work industry hours and will closely liaise with the Employer and Apprentice to plan visit. An Apprenticeship includes a variety of assessment methods, including; Observation, Professional Discussion, Product Evidence, Project/Assignment, Oral and Written Questioning, Witness Testimony and Video/Photographic/Digital Voice Recordings.
