This practical cutting-edge course has been designed to look to the future of the creative industries. It will enable you to build not only your creative skills but also help you to understand how to sell your creative work and promote yourself. This course is a one year full time course and offers an exciting blend of photography, design and interactive technology. You will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to shoot professional photography for a variety of uses, create expert websites and design digital content for the future. You will also learn how to use social media to promote and learn how to make money via enterprising activities, design digital content for the future, utilise mobile devices within a creative content and develop applications for mobile devices. Throughout the course you will build and create an online portfolio of work and opportunities will exist within the programme to earn money. Approximately 30% of the course is theory and contextual work and 70% practical. You will be expected to work independently on project work away from the college.
