The new hybrid Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration is a complex and challenging course designed to support the business environment by developing areas such as customer service,internal and external correspondence,managing diaries and resources,arranging meetings and events,health and safety legislation,employment legislation and general administration effectiveness and implementation. The qualification includes a combined competence and knowledge component,functional maths,English and ICT at L2,embedded employee rights and responsibilities and personal learning and thinking skills. Nova centres may provide additional support for 16-18 yrs. old learners on a day release basis according to needs. Further details are available on application.
