The Level 2 Apprenticeship in Sales equips trainees with the practical skills,knowledge and understanding required to sell effectively either face to face or on the telephone. The apprenticeship includes both a competence and a knowledge qualification,functional maths and English at L1,employee rights and responsibilities and personal learning and thinking skills.
