The Business & Administration qualification is suitable for individuals working in administration based roles who would like to develop their work related skills, knowledge and understanding. Level 2 Certificate This level provides good working knowledge and understanding of an occupation. It demonstrates a learners ability to perform a range of tasks with some guidance or supervision. The Diploma allows learners to develop knowledge and skills in challenging activities such as event co ordination and project support and the chance to pursue more specialist routes such as HR administration. As learners chooses credits they have the option to select IT units e.g. using database and word processing software and units covering finance related tasks allowing them to tailor their qualification to suit the individual job role. Competence levels are related to job roles such as Junior Secretary or Administration Assistant.
