This Apprenticeship includes a 2 NVQ Certificate in Fenestration Installation and a Level 2 Certificate in Glass Related Operations. Learners will also need to complete Functional Skills in English and Mathematics (Up to Level 2) if they hold no prior attainment of this or GCSEs. ERR and PLTS will also be covered as per the Framework Requirements. This Apprenticeship is aimed at those who work as installers of glass supporting systems, which include window and door units and covers a number of skills relating to this work area that, upon completion, will allow the learner to show that they are fully competent to cover the skills required for their job.
