You will work with an array of art materials and learn unusual techniques designed to give you new and exciting experiences in Art, Craft and Design. You will have an opportunity to work on a large scale and after a period of visual exploration and experimentation, you£ll be encouraged to develop an increasingly personalised creative approach. It gives you the opportunity to try a broad range of disciplines in year one before you specialise in one or two areas. The units covered, include, Printmaking, Photography, Fine Art painting and drawing, Fashion and Textiles, 3D design, Graphics, Illustration, sculpture. You will have a passion for the art and design and a willingness to experiment with a range of subjects in year one before you specialise in year 2. You will need an open minded and enthusiastic approach to wide ranging ways of learning. You will also need to work independently in your own time to develop and refine your work to the best of your ability.
