This is a waste and recycling course made up of individual unit qualifications. Although the majority of them are set within a waste/recycling context, they have good generic/transferrable skills such as: manual handling, customer service, working in a team, employability and health and safety within them that would be useful for a range of work situations but especially the waste industry. This is primarily a classroom delivered course with some observation and assessment for the manual handling and teamwork skills.
