Structure Requirements: To achieve this qualification, candidates are required to achieve a total credit value of 6 credits at Level 2 by passing a multiple choice assessment for Unit 1 (Cooking Theory) and by demonstrating that they can put the theory into practice in a kitchen environment through the successful completion of a diary of competence which is assessed by their tutor (Unit 2 - Cooking Practice).
