This course includes NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, plus functionalSkills. It is ideally suited to employed individuals who provide customer service as part of their role. The apprenticeship is made up of a framework incorporating the main NVQ award, plus functional skills (if required) and a technical certificate. All apprentices will receive training in health and safety and equal opportunities. We offer a wide range of courses on Apprenticeship, and other funded and non funded programmes. We are a fully accredited and recognised centre with City & Guilds, ILM, EDI, Pearson, OCR, CIEH and ASDAN. Our courses include a variety of different delivery methods, our team of experienced training officers will match your learning style to give you the best of learning experiences whether that be undertaking your training in your workplace or in one of our training suites. All of our Training officers come from real working environment backgrounds and will offer practical solutions to your training.
