Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3

This course includes NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, plus functional Skills and Technical Certificate. It is ideally suited to employed individuals who are providing customer service as part of their role. The apprenticeship is made up of a framework incorporating the main NVQ award, plus functional skills (if required) and a technical certificate. All apprentices will receive training in health and safety and equal opportunities. We offer a wide range of courses on Apprenticeship, and other funded and non funded programmes. We are a fully accredited and recognised centre with City & Guilds, ILM, EDI, Pearson, OCR, CIEH and ASDAN.
