This apprenticeship includes the Diploma in Management, delivered alongside Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR), Personal learning & thinking skills (PLTS) and Functional Skills L2 in English, Mathematics & ICT, if not already achieved.The qualification is aimed at first line managers who are responsible for the delegation of work and the leadership of their team. The course aims to improve people and resource management skills and support the development of managerial processes. The Advanced Level Management Apprenticeship will develop your skills to include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team and supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing budgets and managing customer service and are relevant to anyone who has a management and leadership role as part of their work, and can be tailored to suit any sector.
