The successful candidate will learn all aspects of electrical installation work including changing consumer units, light fittings, sockets, switches and wiring. Other work will include security lights, external sockets and card meters. The company also regularly carries out inspection and testing of all types of premises from small flats to big warehouses with three phase circuitry. We expect the trainee to be willing to learn and to be confident enough in the third year to be able to carry out most of the tasks on their own. Our trainees regularly tidy, clean and wash the vehicles that they travel to and from work. Apprentices are expected to follow instructions by the trainer at all times. All successful candidates will have to be CRB and PNC (Police National Computer) checked.
