To gain an apprenticeship in debt collecting you would need to be working in a debt recovery department of any organisation, the qualification is made up of a Level 2 Certificate in providing financial services and a level 2 certificate in Customer Service. You will be able to sit with your employer and decide which units to work through that best fit your role. You will also be able to work towards Maths and English functional skills at Level 1 if required.
