The aim of this course is to help you gain an understanding of the industry and to learn some basic techniques and designs. You will look at the principles and elements of design and the power of colour. You will create various arrangements, a wired piece and bouquet using the basic techniques learned. After completing this course you should be able to list and explain the principles and elements of design; and demonstrate basic techniques for building an arrangement, a wired piece and hand tied designs.
