This course is designed for learners of all abilities from the absolute beginner to those who wish to extend their existing skills. You will be shown how to make a soft hat and use crinoline and embellishments to create fabulous fascinators. What will I learn? The tutor will give instructions on how to: 1. Use millinery tolls and equipment safely 2. Take head measurements 3. Use techniques to make a soft hat 4. Identify crinoline and its use in millinery 5. Use techniques to make a crinoline fascinator 6. Source and develop trimming ideas 7. Apply finishing techniques
