This course is ideal for those who only have a very basic knowledge of using a computer or those who wish to improve their skills. There will be an assessment at the end of each unit. On average it takes about 20 hours to complete each unit. What will I learn? You can choose from the following units: Files and Folders/Word Processing Spreadsheets and Graphs Database ? E-mails and internet Presentation (PowerPoint) Desk Top Publishing (DTP) Clait level 1 qualification for IT Users. To achieve a CLAIT award, learners must successfully complete 3 units (or 9 credits). These courses are designed to develop and expand your ICT skills and to give you the chance to take a nationally recognised qualification. You will learn a broad range of skills using Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Windows XP.
