Then why not join a class with people in the same boat as you? With professional guidance you will soon be making attractive and stylish garments that fit. Enjoy exchanging ideas and learning new skills in a friendly and supportive workshop atmosphere. What will I learn? Knowledge of health and safety in the sewing room and use of tools and equipment. How to choose appropriate pattern and fabric for style and occasion, according to ability. Learn a range of sewing techniques appropriate for garment construction. Be able to produce a well fitting garment from a commercial pattern according to your ability. To evaluate your work in terms of your own progress.
