This is an entry level, work-related vocational award. It will introduce you to different employment areas within the hospitality sector. You will also gain some valuable skills, which will increase your chances of securing employment. There is project work and your progress will be recorded through independent assessments and portfolio work. You will also have access to the college’s latest multi-media facilities. This will enable you to complete your assignments. There will also be a work placement in one of the College’s catering kitchens.
