You will gain practical experience through a work experience placement at Airport check-in, or with Cabin Crew personnel. You will learn about the part that the service industry plays in society and, will analyse how organisations within this sector meet the needs of their customers, through excellent Customer Services. You will learn how to develop people skills, teamwork skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and, the ability to plan and evaluate your own work.
