Indian cookery

Each week we will explore the menu plan for each session and tuition will be given for the selected dishes. The course will include Indian vegetarian cooking, easy Indian curries and stylish more intricate techniques for making dinner party dishes to wow your guests! Our bespoke classes will help you explore and develop your culinary skills by preparing, cooking and sampling your dishes as you go.
