The Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service is delivered in your own workplace. You will be allocated an Assessor who will visit you and help you to identify relevant evidence to prove your knowledge & competence in your job role to achieve this QCF qualification. Units include Understand Customers, Deliver Customer Service and Manage personal performance and development. This Apprenticeship consists of the Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service, Employee Rights & Responsibilities and Functional Skills in English & Maths at Level 1.
