This apprenticeship is for people who want to work in a range of financial industry sub-sectors. You will find yourself taking on a range of different tasks, which include: contributing to reports for mortgage and financial planning, generating and qualifying sales leads, and promoting your organisation’s products and services. Each pathway includes completion of the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Providing Financial Services, Functional Skills in English at level 2 and Maths at level 1. It also includes a City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service and one of: 1. CII Award in Financial Administration (FA1), 2. UK Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics (CF1) or 3. IFS Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP 1).
