This advanced apprenticeship is ideal if you wish to enter the employment related services industry, or if you want to reinforce your current skills and knowledge. During this apprenticeship you will support and help people seeking employment, communicating effectively with clients to provide expert advice and guidance. You will also develop relationships with stakeholders, and will help clients review achievements and actions, while planning and preparing specific learning and development opportunities. Once completed you will gain a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Employment Related Services. You will also receive Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.
