Name: Asian Cookery - main meals Qualification title: COOKERY Qualification type: Assessment There is no exam or formal qualification. However, at the start of the course your tutor will assess your level of skill and ability and agree which course learning aims you will work towards. Your tutor will continue to informally assess your learning throughout the course and give you feedback on your progress. At the end of each lesson, and of the course, you will be given the opportunity to assess what you have learnt and to consider your progress, achievement and progression. A list of the ingredients and any equipment which you need to bring will be emailed or posted to you prior to the start of the course. At the end of each lesson you will be told what ingredients and utensils you need for the following week’s recipes. Please bring a container to carry your food home.
