Level 2 Yoga is aimed at people with a minimum of 12 months experience of yoga. It uses a variety of disciplines and techniques. Built around sequences of flowing movements and semi static poses, the style is very efficient for burning fat and toning the body. Classes start with a short ‘focus’ and limbering followed by sequences to get the heat going. The sequences are arranged to access a mix of dynamic and static muscle work, core strength, balances and upper body work, leading to slow deep stretches and a relaxation or meditation at the end.
