Zumba Gold is an energising dance based fitness course that combines Latin and international music and dance styles. Its infectious music and easy-to-follow dance movements will develop your dance skills and kick start and maintain your fitness. Zumba Gold is aimed at beginner participants who are just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle and/or for those who want to dance the familiar Latin Zumba moves at a lower impact and pace. You don't need to know how to dance and there’s no requirement to perfect movements. Routines are regularly repeated so it gets easier each time you come to class.
