Credit based learning. In order to achieve the Level 1 Certificate in Developing Skills for the Fashion Industries 21 credits must be achieved, a minimum of 3 from the mandatory group the rest from a choice of 10 units covering Fashion Design, Garment Construction, Pattern Cutting and Tailoring. This course aims to equip the learner with a good all-round range of skills and techniques, for use in the Fashion Industry.
