Deliver 12.5 hours of learning on the practice and theory of Thai massage. Topics covered include: Contraindications to Thai massage History and philosophy of Thai massage Benefits of Thai massage Thai massage techniques in prone, seated and supine Practising safely with care and attention to yourself and your massage partner This course is accompanied by a handbook. The course tutor will call you a few days before the course and give you an opportunity to discuss any learning, health or other personal needs you have. This course is quite physically demanding with lots of movement, so if you have any health issues it would be good to let the tutor know and she will do her best to try to put in place adaptations to support your learning experience.
