The Level 2 Certificate in Youth Work Practice aims to support the skills and knowledge needed to become a competent Assistant Support Youth Worker. This provides practitioners with a qualification that embraces National Occupational Standards for youth work and their mandatory competencies containing knowledge requirements and levels of skill.

Name: Youth Practice Certificate 2 Qualification title: Certificate in Youth Work Practice (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment Course units will be internally assessed via a learners portfolio and other related evidence, against the unit outcomes and assessment criteria. A combination of assignments, tasks, workplace evidence and discussion based assessments. Learners who have achieved any of the units doing the L3 Award / Certificate can credit transfer them towards the credit required for this full L3 Diploma qualification.
