The Level 2 First Diploma in Travel and Tourism equips students with a basic understanding of the skills necessary for this dynamic and expanding industry. Looking at areas such as customer service, UK and European tourist destinations, marketing and business skills, the qualification enables students to develop their knowledge and prepare them for work or further study. In addition, students will study Functional Skills and there is also a two week work placement in the industry.
