The Pilates Method is a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improves tone, increasing strength and flexibility in all muscles and joints resulting in ease of movement. Pilates focuses on correct breathing and strengthens the deep core stabilising muscles of the lower back and abdomen. Pilate#1s exercises are low impact and work to balance the body through slow controlled exercises that work on quality not quantity. Pilate#1s method is suitable for all ages and abilities providing an energising workout. Please wear loose clothing and be prepared to work with bare feet. Please bring a mat or blanket.
