Art for Beginners

Develop your painting and drawing skills and discover your hidden talents. In this art class you can experiment with a range of techniques that you have always wanted to try out and just need a hand to get going with. So dig deep in your cupboards and bring out your forgotten boxes of paints and pastels, sketch books and pencils and bring them all to life discovering your own art ideas. We will be able to provide some basic materials to get you started. There will be new themes to try and develop over the course of the ten weeks to give you ideas and ways to develop further. Suitable for absolute beginners to the enthusiasts amongst us!

Entry requirements

Students need to supply their own materials and if you wish to paint on canvas or special watercolour paper this will need to be supplied by you. Bring your materials and any photographs you may want to use to the first lesson when advice will be given as to what further materials you may need to buy (e.g. sketch book, basic drawing materials).
