This course requires the delegates to complete the following units (mandatory and optional) in order to gain the qualification. Mandatory units include: prepare themselves to deliver good customer service; provide customer service within the rules. Optional units include: promote additional services or products to customers; live up to the customer service promise; make customer service personal; deliver reliable customer service; resolve customer service problems; develop customer relationships. They will also learn key skills in application of number and communication.
