This is a level 2 course. You will improve your IT skills across a range of applications, e.g. Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Database, Internet, Email and Presentation Software. An ITQ is for anyone who wants to learn more so that they can work more effectively. The qualification provides skills and knowledge that could lead to further education in IT or related areas. It can offer those moving into their first job the confidence to work effectively with ICT and deal with tasks that are straightforward or routine.
