To achieve the NVQ Level 2 in Barbering, you will be expected to complete the following units: • Ensure responsibility for actions to reduce risks to health & safety • Advise and consult with clients • Shampoo, condition and treat the hair and scalp • Cut hair using basic barbering techniques • Cut facial hair to shape using basic techniques • Dry and finish men's hair Optional units include: • Create basic patterns in hair and promotion of products & services • Change men's hair colour
