The course explores the numerous fundamental skills required by fitness instructors working in gyms or health clubs. A range of exercises will be examined including the use of cardiovascular machines, free weights and fixed resistance machines. Candidates will also learn how to plan, deliver and evaluate a safe and effective exercise programme.
