You will study core and optional units on the course 9 in the first year and 9 in the second year. The units you study will include the following; Physiology of Fitness Principles of Anatomy and Physiology Sports Injuries Practical Team Sports Practical Individual Sports Coaching Sports Development Exercise Health and Lifestyle. Students have the opportunity to obtain further qualifications for example Athletics Coaching FA Coaching Level 1 CSLA.
