The College of West Anglia has run veterinary nursing courses for a number of years and has been recognised as one of the leading national providers. We provide training for over 50 practices within the region and have a pass rate well above the national average. Our delivery team are exceptionally well qualified and experienced teaching practitioners with a detailed background in veterinary practice. Our new Endeavour building is home to the Cambridge Veterinary Nursing Academy with bespoke facilities. The course will cover all aspects of theory and will also prepare students in a range of practical skills. Veterinary nursing facilities include small animal unit including a wide range of animals (guinea pigs, reptiles, rabbits, birds, amphibians, arachnids and many others), equine facility (including an indoor and outdoor arena, equine spa, aqua treadmill, solarium and full stable yard), veterinary nursing suite (including radiography, surgical equipment, anaesthesia equipment, canine spa and a brand new purpose built laboratory).
