Traineeship Digital Skills

The Release Potential Traineeship is a unique opportunity for you the employer to see how people fit into your sector. Young People aged 16-24 will follow a programme combining real work experience (100 hours unpaid) with learning about the sector they will work in. Learners will gain new skills, understanding of industry and confidence to apply for work. As well as completing a series of important qualifications including ICT and Customer Service learners will be using state of the art, industry standard equipment to complete an exciting project designed to teach new skills and enhance confidence and abilities at the start of the learning journey. This is ideal for employers who are thinking of taking on an Apprentice in any sector.
