Units studied include: working in administration, written business communication, teamwork in administration, financial transactions, organising a business event, communicating with customers, organising business travel and accommodation, text processing and word processing. Every full-time course will include a real experience of work. Maths and English form part of this course and will be assessed at the relevant levels.
