or students who have never worked in a commercial kitchen before, The course teaches the various preparation and cooking methods involving in the kitchen, to inspire the students to progress their new chosen career in catering. Students will be encouraged to make a range of different menu items from scratch. All kitchen uniform will be provided for the duration of this course. Students to provide their own shoes suitable for work in the kitchen.
